+ What is The 100?

A private event honoring you and your national top producing Compass peers. The 100 will take place June 10-12, 2024 in Napa Valley, California.

+ Who is invited to The 100?

Only top performing Principal Agents by 2023 GTV from each of our regions have been invited. As with the prior three years, we employed a house of representatives approach to ensure all regions would have a chance to send their top agents by gross transaction volume. Please note: This is an exclusive, invitation only event.

+ Where will the event take place?

The 100 events will take place across multiple iconic venues in Napa Valley. Our primary hub will be at the Solage Hotel.

+ How do I reserve my spot for The 100?

Complete the RSVP form in the email invitation you received from Robert Reffkin to reserve your spot.

+ When do I need to register?

You are encouraged to register as soon as possible! The cut-off date for registration is Thursday, April 25, 2024.

+ What is the cost to attend The 100?

There is no ticket fee to attend The 100, as we are celebrating your continued success as a top agent! Please note, travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee.

+ Am I required to attend all 100 events?

We are curating this program specifically for you! While nothing is mandatory, there is tremendous value in meeting with your peers from across the country, and we encourage all attendees to engage fully.

+ Can I send my teammate if Iā€™m unable to attend?

Invitations are non-transferable and for principal agents only, thank you for understanding.

+ Can my spouse or partner join me?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this exclusive event, spouses and partners may not partake in The 100 events.

+ Is registration at the event mandatory?

Yes, you are required to pick up your badge before entering any The 100 events.

+ Will food be served at all events?

Food and beverage will be provided at all events. You will be responsible for dinner plans following the Welcome Reception on the first day of programming.

+ Who else is attending the event? Can I get the list?

We will circulate the guest list 2 weeks in advance of the event. We kindly ask that you keep this list confidential.
